入会同意書 / Agreement
外国ルーツの子どもたちの学びや いろはじゅく（以下「いろはじゅく」）と入会生徒様及び保護者様の間で、入会に際し以下の内容を確認します。
Irohajuku agree to the following between Irohajuku and the student upon enrollment.
役務の内容 / Terms of Service
Irohajukuは生徒様に対し、個別指導を通して希望する教科の学習指導及び知識の教授を提供します。
生徒様はIrohajukuからの指導を受け、相互に学力向上に努めます。
Irohajuku will provide the desired educational instruction services to the student, and the student will commit to improving their language skills.
入会金・授業料の納付について / Payment of Enrollment fee and Tuition
授業料の納付について / Payment of tuition
授業料は毎月26日までにお支払いください。
翌月1日を過ぎた場合は遅延料金が発生する場合があります。
お支払いはクレジットカードまたは銀行振込となります。（26日が土日祝の場合は翌営業日）
Payment is due on the 26th of the previous month. Payments after the 1st of the month may incur a late fee. Payment is by credit card or bank transfer. If the 26th falls on a weekend, the due date will be the next business day.
入会金の納付について / Payment of Enrollment fee
入会金は5,000円です。ただし、紹介による入会は2,500円、兄弟姉妹での入会は1家庭1人分のみ。
キャンペーン期間中の入会は免除されます。
The enrollment fee is 5,000 yen. If introduced by another student: 2,500 yen. For siblings: one fee per household. During a free enrollment promotion, the fee is waived.
契約期間について / Duration of Contract
契約期間は入会日から正式な退会日までとします。
The contract duration is from the enrollment date until the official withdrawal date.
退会（契約解除）について / Withdrawal (Dissolution of Contract)
退会希望の際は、退会希望月の前月25日までに退会届をメールにてご提出ください。
To withdraw, submit a withdrawal notice via email by the 25th of the previous month.
クーリングオフについて / Cooling-off period
契約書受領日から8日以内であれば、書面により契約解除が可能です。
You may cancel the contract within 8 days of receiving it.
その他契約事項 / Miscellaneous Contractual Provisions

生徒がIrohajukuに損害を与えた場合、賠償責任を負います。Irohajuku側に重大な過失がない限り、事故や盗難等に対する補償はできません。

塾内外で風紀や秩序を乱す行為がある場合、退会を求めることがあります。

Irohajukuの運営システムや授業料等が変更された場合、生徒はこれに同意する必要があります。

進路指導・授業内容に関する賠償・返金等の請求は一切できません。

その他Irohajukuが定める規則に従い、役務を受けていただきます。
